Marine suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump double seal pressure reducing device
The double sealed pressure reducing device of the marine suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump is characterized by installing a pressure equalization pipe system on the upper pipe part of the marine suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump, including a high-pressure pipe (3), a low-pressure pipe (2), and an inlet pipe (5). The lower end of the high-pressure pipe (3) is installed into the middle bearing seat (1) and connected to the inner cavity (7), and the lower end of the low-pressure pipe (2) is connected to the pump head in a vacuum state. The upper end of the high-pressure pipe (3) has a bend, with one end connected to the low-pressure pipe (2) and the other end connected to the inlet pipe (5). There is a stop valve (4) on both the low-pressure pipe (2) and the inlet pipe (5). When toxic liquid leakage is detected, close the stop valve (4) on the inlet pipe and open the stop valve (4) on the low-pressure pipe. This forms a liquid flow circuit between the high-pressure pipe (3) and the low-pressure pipe (2), which pushes the toxic liquid out of the inner cavity (7) by the pressure difference. The degree of rotation of the stop valve (4) on the low-pressure pipe (2) can control the amount of toxic liquid discharged, ensuring that the pressure of the toxic liquid in the inner cavity (7) is always not too high. There is a pressure gauge (6) installed on the high-pressure pipe, which can observe the pressure of the liquid flow at any time.
